Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
In store products will be shipped by Royal Mail or Hermes within 2 working days. Depending on the shipping method you choose will determine how quickly you receive your order, but it should not normally be more than 5-7 working days.
In the case of personalised tote bags, these are made to order and you should allow 7-10 working days to receive your order. In the case of delays to your order we will let you know by email
Return & Exchange Policy
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, please email in the first instance to info@divaglamdesign.co.uk to advise us that you will be returning the product.
We will advise you how to pack and the address to send it to - postage will be at your own expense and on receipt of the product in the same condition as it was sent we will issue you with a credit note for the full amount.
All products will be fully examined for faults before they are dispatched, however, if you believe your product is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please email us in the first instance and send pictures of the product. We will then advise you how to return to us and issue with a full refund on receipt of the product. Return postage will be at your own expense.
