Here at Hazel Glow we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy for any reason, or if you have any comments or queries about anything you purchase from our site, please contact us in the first instance at hello@hazelglowcandles.co.uk and we will endeavour to resolve issues to your satisfaction as quickly as possible.

Refunds/Replacement Items

Please note that refunds will be given only where a product is proved to be faulty or arrive in a damaged state. In this instance please follow the procedure below:

• Take photos and or videos of the product including the packaging as it is delivered.
• Email these to hello@hazelglowcandles.co.uk with the subject header "Damaged Items"
• Advise if you require a refund or a replacement item.
• Post the items to us within 14 days of receipt.
• Once we have received the items we will process your refund or send out your replacement

Credit Notes

If you change your mind and no longer want the product, please email hello@hazelglowcandles advising us of your change of mind. Then ensure you return it to us within 14 days of receipt, in an unused condition in it's original packing. Return postage will be at your own expense, and a credit note will be issued to you for the full amount of the original purchase for future use against the site.

Products are usually made to order so please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.  If in stock the product will be despatched the next working day by Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48.  Shipping will be calculated at checkout
